To improve manufacturing efficiency, Woomi introduced a drive-in system that allows vehicles to access up to the 6th floor and a door-to-door system that enables vehicles to enter the front of the office.
Special features including the high ceiling height and economical heating/cooling systems contribute to a pleasant and efficient working environment.
Office and Retail Complex
Woomi added “Brickston”, a British-style premium dining street mall occupying from subterranean floor to 2nd floor, offering various food options, relaxation, and cultural activities to office tenants
To attract more customers, the complex is equipped with storefront glass doors, customized pathways, retail-only elevators, a large courtyard, a green area, and terraces with common-area views, providing an excellent sense of openness.

Inspired by the red brick buildings of Brixton, a district in south London, England, Woomi built a modern and stylish Gwanggyo Brixton.
The three buildings form a triangle around with a large public square in the middle. The Tudor building made of red bricks and a European interior design allows Brixton visitors an exotic adventure.
